0f6ec8bdab Revert "Add link to ldsped source code" 
This reverts commit 0a2e215a2d1d786160754e196da5a063c64470bd.

The source code at github is for an old version of ldsped and should
not be what we're recommending.

0a2e215a2d Add link to ldsped source code 
Lieven never released ldsped source code on his web site and only
provides binaries, and then only if you have a login account on his
web site (for which you can no longer register, apparently).  An
ldsped user created a github repo of the source code, and this is much
more useful than Lieven's main page.
