7d97330d7b Fix copyright date 
CONTRIBUTING.md in the wiki is pretty much a copy of CONTRIBUTING.md
in the Xastir source tree.  The copyright date ranges were out of
sync.

87b54cc8f4 Remove dead link 
The CONTRIBUTING.md document pointed users at a "pretty nice" tutorial
on pull requests.  This link now leads to a commercial site with no
such information on it.  remove that link and the paragraph that
references it.
