Tom Russo	c0d3d3c59f	Stop pointing first to the archival web site of Bob Bruninga ... Bob Bruninga's old web site is NOT the best place to start reading about APRS unless you want to be turned off. It's a sprawling mess of random thoughts, pages upon pages of plain text and ancient images, and a whole lot of diatribe. The APRS foundation web site is what we should be pointing to first. Mentioning the archival version of Bob's site isn't unreasonable, but it should not be up front as the first thing we point to.
