The View menu
Most of the items in this menu are self-explanatory.
Each brings up a dialog box with the relevant information in it. Most of these dialog boxes allow you to click on an item in the list and view more information about it or center the map on the location of the thing clicked.
The ALOHA statistics box describes how the ALOHA circle radius was calculated (if you have an RF interface defined and have received packets from enough stations in the last half hour for it to be calculated).
If calculated, the ALOHA range is plotted as a yellow circle around your station in your map window.
The ALOHA circle will not be calculated if you do not have any RF interfaces, or if the APRS channel is particularly quiet in your area so you don't hear enough stations.
